As community nurse plus, community nurse Eva Müller and Tonja Loureiro provide information about the aids that can make everyday life easier with the aim of being able to live independently at home for as long as possible. If necessary, new perspectives for everyday life can be pointed out in this way or possibilities for assistance can be initiated together.
